Each T-Shirt is a unique model and will be fabricated by order. After we received your payment, we will need a maximum of 10 days to fabricate your T-Shirt. It will then be shipped in a maximum of 48 hours.

 

Standard shipping mode is DHL operated by Deutsche Post (the German national post service and its international partners). The shipping will be made to the address you provided with your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will confirm it to you by email with the tracking DHL number.

At any time you can check the status of your delivery by visiting the website : www.dhl.de

Your order is shipped at your own risk. Thirsty Goldfish GmbH is not responsible in case the parcel is lost or damaged by DHL or its international partners.

To reduce our impact on the environment, your invoice will not be send on a paper print version with your products, but directly to your email in PDF format. Please print it only if necessary.

Returns & Replacements

Every case or returns has to be agreed on with the seller beforehand. The customer has 14 days to make a reclamation after he has received the order. The seller will not reimburse shipping costs caused by a return unless the seller and the customer have agreed about the return beforehand. Although the seller packages the orders carefully, sometimes packages break during delivery. For this reason it’s recommended for the buyer to check the package for possible damages right after he has received it. If the package has been damaged during delivery, the customer should declare it immediately in the post office. He should also contact the seller and agree for a new product to be delivered. Each reclamation due to a defect that happen during the shipping has to be sent by email within 48 hours after delivery.
